We've tackled the challenges of branding places and their custodians. We understand the needs of government, and the necessity for an authentic expression of the best qualities of place.
Waverley Council
In 2005 survey work with the local community revealed that residents felt a need for better communication from Waverley Council.
Council felt that in spite of delivering quality services, by not adequately communicating these achievements to stakeholders it was not achieving the levels of community satisfaction, nor the reputation for efficiency and effectiveness it deserved.
One of the issues was different corporate messages, and a lack of co-ordination of various Council departments to consistently deliver the Waverley Council brand. We developed a Communications Action Plan that focussed on strengthening their brand and communications processes.
