They were conscious in competitive terms that Greater Sydney was already replete with tourism product and experiences – and that they need to taregt a niche market via a USP.
Birdwatchers were the key niche market identified in our strategy- and we were able to articulate a clear action plan to reach these surprisingly passionate and well traveled tourists.
